Over the last decade, IronStride key staff have supported CTIO as technical advisors for program management, scheduling, cost estimating, power service coordination, communications system design and management, construction oversight, and systems documentation and troubleshooting. Our staff have held critical roles in the successful delivery and go-live for all the Express Lane projects in Colorado, as well as providing ongoing support with the maintenance and operations of the tolling system. We have assisted CTIO in developing technical standards for field infrastructure, documenting the existing network and streamline transitions, working with CDOT traffic to develop MHT’s for maintenance access, executing the experimental ingress/egress striping with CDOT and FHWA, calculating quantities for long-lead procurement and materials orders, and designing fiber and tolling support infrastructure improvements across multiple corridors.
