Financial Controller

Description

We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time financial controller position, including the following estimated blend of job responsibilities:

  • Billing/Invoicing (25%)
  • Accounting Management (20%)
  • Benefits/HR (20%)
  • Payroll/Timesheets (15%)
  • Project Controls/Setup (10%)
  • Contracts/Insurance (5%)
  • Other Business Support for CEO (5%)
 

A successful candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, problem solving, organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree, 10 years of relevant experience in job responsibility areas listed above, and demonstrated experience in accounting principals and financial reporting, as well as proficiency with MS Office are required. The ideal candidate for this position can manage and prioritize project assignments to meet competing deadlines; and preferably brings a CPA license, experience billing/invoicing professional services, and/or experience with BQE Core.
